What You’ll Do: Oversee both kitchen operations and front-of-house culture, ensuring they work in sync. Lead all hiring efforts, especially for BOH positions. A self-motivated leader who balances high standards with a positive, team-first mentality. A problem solver who stays cool under pressure and finds solutions on the fly. Someone who understands and loves late-night service—ensuring consistency, quality, and hospitality all the way through closing. A mentor and builder—excited to grow their team, teach skills, and create a kitchen where people want to work. What We Offer: We designed this position to amplify the growth and creative expression of the right person. We want to invest in you so that you can grow with and beyond us.
